If you want to put the whole video, and it's from youtube (I'm not sure about other sites), look in the part that gives you info about the video. At the bottom are two bits of computer code. One is labeled "URL" and the other is labeled "Embed". Copy the code in the "embed" box and paste it into the post you are composing. eh voila. The kitten is super cute :)
