I get all proud and happy with my accomplishment when I turn light switches on or off with my feet.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and think, "I'm pretty, I really am," which is always surprising and delightful. Today it was the softer white of my untanned skin peaking out from the top of my shirt that appealed to me. It looked so decadent and soft, like a fringe of lace peaking out from above or below a hemline.

As two customers were leaving, I said the usual, "Bye! Have a good day!"

She responded, "Okay!"

As we were spooning in bed last night Rafiki whispered "I wish I could fall asleep every night with you in my arms." He is a lovely sweet pea, and the feeling is mutual.
